Gymnastics: Walk- PART A..7 rounds alternating every 90secs. *7 kipping pull-ups RX+ Butterfly Pull-ups or Chest to bar *7 Kipping HSPU RX+ Strict PART B..Buy in 1:30 planks. Then 5 rounds for time 30 DU’s (must attempted DU’s for 1 min if you do not have DU’s) 20 V-ups 10 alternating PISTOLS
