When you walk in for your first day, you’ll meet a coach that is passionate about getting you into the best shape of your life and giving you the tools to stay there. They will lead you each day, giving you clear guidance and goals for every workout. You will also be supported by a community where every class is going through the same thing and striving for the same goal.

Duration: 8 weeks
Days Per Week: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
Start Date: Upon registering, you will select your preferred start date.
Cost: $189. This breaks down to $8 per class or $32 per month, which is less than the $40 average cost of one session with a personal trainer.
